About the Role

The Room Attendant provides an exceptional service and care to guest rooms, cottages and public areas: and provide a quality turndown to guestrooms, cottages and public areas to a high standard in accordance with correct procedures.  The successful candidate will represent the high standards of service that the club is renowned for.

Responsibilities

You refresh bathrooms, tidy rooms and lounge/kitchen areas and replenish any used items within the room/lodge and carry out special work assignments. You also respond to guest requests and needs when in direct contact with guests and seek assistance when necessary. You present a positive personal image to guests and colleagues and you are able to work without assistance or supervision.

Required Skills and Experience

You are able to work unsupervised and have excellent interpersonal skills. This role requires evening and weekend work.
