About Skibo
The Carnegie Club at Skibo Castle is a world-renowned private members club situated in the Scottish Highlands. One of the most exclusive destinations worldwide, Skibo offers members and their guests a taste of true Highland hospitality with stunning surroundings and luxury facilities. Whether your passion lies in food preparation, fine wines, guest service or country sports, as a team member of one of The Carnegie Club's 20+ departments you will be part of a fantastic group of people who share the same passion for delivering the very best.
About the Team
Families are at the heart of The Carnegie Club, with children of all ages visiting Skibo throughout the year. While a dedicated space is available for children's activities at the Club, the fun extends far beyond its walls. With 8,000 acres of stunning Highland estate as their playground, our childcare team produces unforgettable indoor and outdoor experiences for our youngest guests.
Each day, our dedicated team leads supervised activities across the estate, from bushcraft and baking to painting, canoeing, swimming, and treasure hunts, ensuring every child enjoys an adventure-filled stay.
During school holidays, the team plays a key role in delivering special events designed for families to enjoy together. In the evenings, a babysitting service allows parents to unwind over dinner with fellow members, knowing their little ones are safe in the care of our friendly and professional staff.

'No two days with children are ever the same. We tailor each day's adventures to the children at the Club - one day they may be immersed in arts and crafts, the next kicking off a game of football on the castle lawn, or even setting off on the loch by canoe.
