About the Team

At The Carnegie Club, our ingredient-led seasonal menus highlight exceptional produce from our own gardens and locally sourced fish, shellfish, and game. From casual Brasserie-style lunches to elegant fine dining, we offer a diverse and thoughtful culinary experience.

We take pride in doing things the right way, from baking our own bread and croissants to churning freshly made ice cream to curing salmon in-house. Our chefs benefit from world-class training and development opportunities, including placements at top establishments in the UK and abroad.

About this Role 

As Chef de Partie you will:

  • Support daily kitchen operations with skill, energy, and teamwork.
  • Master the preparation of Skibo classics and contribute to the creation of innovative seasonal dishes.
  • Work with precision and care from prep to pass, ensuring every plate meets the exceptional standards which our members expect.

  • You're experienced as a Chef de Partie in a high-quality kitchen and confident in plating creative, visually appealing dishes.

Gratuities

Gratuities (tips) that are passed directly to staff are paid to all employees on a pro-rata basis regardless of their role.
