About the Team

At the heart of the member experience at Skibo is our Front of House team. Known for their warmth, attentiveness, and exceptional service, this team plays a vital role in creating the magic our members return for time and again. As a Club Concierge, you'll be the welcoming face of the castle – building relationships, anticipating needs, and helping create moments that stay with our guests forever.

About this Role

As Club Concierge in our Front of House team, you will:

Acting as the primary point of contact for members and guests throughout their stay.
Providing expert knowledge about Club amenities, services, and unique experiences across the estate.
Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, anticipating their needs, and exceeding expectations.
Overseeing smooth check-in and check-out processes for individuals, families, and groups with meticulous attention to detail.
Escorting members and guests to their accommodation, assisting with luggage, and noting any special preferences or requirements.
Supporting with events, private functions, and estate tours, always ready to go the extra mile to ensure a flawless experience.

Who We Are Looking For

You bring a confident, personable, and professional outlook to every guest interaction.
You have a natural flair for hospitality and a genuine passion for working with people.
You enjoy problem-solving and work well alongside various teams to handle requests swiftly and efficiently.
You possess strong communication and organisational skills, including solid computer literacy and admin ability.
You stay calm under pressure and take pride in being the consistent and dependable face of The Carnegie Club.

Gratuities

Gratuities (tips) that are passed directly to staff are paid to all employees on a pro-rata basis regardless of their role.
