About the Food & Beverage Team

The F&B team plays a central role in shaping the Skibo experience, delivering personalised, high-end service across multiple venues on the estate, from the historic castle to the golf clubhouse, and even to mobile setups in the Highlands. The roles extend beyond typical hospitality functions and include serving guests in unique locations such as the Treehouse activities centre or during guided walks.

About the roles

Senior Waiting Staff
This role is ideal for experienced hospitality professionals ready to lead and mentor others. Responsibilities include guiding guests on wine pairings, supporting the team during service, and training new hires. It’s a role requiring initiative and finesse.

Waiting Staff
A hands-on service role involving everything from breakfast service to champagne picnics. This is a strong fit for those wanting to develop service skills in a high-end, multi-venue environment. A great opportunity for anyone looking to build a career in luxury hospitality.

Stewards
Behind-the-scenes yet essential, Stewards maintain the standards of cleanliness, stock, and setup across all F&B operations. This role is suited to someone detail-oriented and supportive, helping ensure flawless guest experiences.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Warm, personable, and guest-focused
  • A self-starter with a conscientious work ethic
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Flexible with working hours
  • Willing to learn and open to training
    (Previous hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential)

Gratuities (tips) that are passed directly to staff are paid to all employees on a pro-rata basis regardless of their role.
