About the Team

Situated on an 8,000-acre estate, the Transport team plays a vital role in creating smooth and enjoyable experiences for our members and guests.

We provide a range of premium services, from daily shuttle transfers across the estate to luxury private transfers across the Highlands, and airport and train station collections across Scotland. Our team is dedicated to delivering safe, reliable, and discreet travel at all times.

About this Role 

As an Executive Driver, you will be responsible for providing first-class transport services with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. You will ensure that every journey is seamless, whether it’s an airport transfer, a private Highland tour, or on-site guest transport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver luxury transport services on and off the estate, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and timely experience for members and guests.
  • Provide a warm welcome at airports, train stations, and helicopter arrivals, assisting with luggage and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Operate the on-site shuttle service and respond to guest transport needs across the estate.
  • Conduct private, tailored tours of the Highlands, showcasing Scotland’s landscapes and attractions with professionalism.
  • Maintain the Club’s fleet of luxury SUVs, MPVs, and electric buggies, ensuring they are immaculately clean, fully fuelled/charged, and well-presented.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support operations, including delivery of items, guest golf bags, and assisting with logistics.
  • Uphold the highest standards of discretion, safeguarding the privacy of our high-profile members and guests.
  • Attend operational briefings to ensure smooth communication across departments.

Who We Are Looking For

  • A professional driver with exceptional presentation, reliability, and discretion.
  • A natural people person who enjoys meeting new people and delivering outstanding service.
  • Proactive, calm under pressure, and adaptable to changing schedules.
  • Strong communication skills, engaging easily with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Flexible and comfortable with varied shift patterns, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Physically capable of assisting with luggage, golf bags, and child seats.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence required; advanced driving qualification or experience in VIP/Executive driving is highly desirable.

Gratuities (tips) that are passed directly to staff are paid to all employees on a pro-rata basis regardless of their role.
