Are you interested in making the Highlands your home, making new friends and working in one of the world’s most spectacular locations?

Accommodation is available on the Skibo estate, subject to circumstances, with rent covering heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, and council tax.

Why provide staff accommodation?

While many of our team members already live in the local area, we recognise that for those who are relocating to the Highlands securing accommodation can be a challenge. It can also take time to find your feet in a new place and get a feel for the area, and so we are delighted to be able to offer accommodation, depending on circumstance, here on the estate to help make your move as simple as possible.

Once you are here, you'll have the opportunity to explore the local towns, villages and countryside that attract visitors from across the globe and also enjoy the many activities on offer in this part of the world, from golf on award-winning courses to coastal walks, sea kayaking, mountain biking, distillery visits and much more. 

What should I expect from staff accommodation?

We have 11 lodges spread across the Skibo estate, ranging in size from two to eight bedrooms. 

Each building and room is different, but all are well appointed with a private bedroom as well as shared kitchen and living space. Most bedrooms are en-suite, though some lodges do have shared bathrooms.

Because we recognise that everyone is different our People & Culture team will work to pair you with the right accommodation.
