In previous years, members have been delighted by the sounds of the Highland Chamber Orchestra and violinist Stephanie Childress in the stunning surroundings of the Skibo pool, exhibitions from talented artists including John Ross and Ralph Steadman, art classes and exquisite wines from top producers such as Rothschild. We have no doubt the 2018 programme will captivate you once again. From Friday 26 to Sunday 28 October there will be plenty of spooky goings-on here at Skibo for Halloween. With pumpkins galore and Halloween-themed décor, a spine-chilling selection of activities will keep the little ones entertained at the Children’s Barn – with everything from costumes to themed crafts and fun games. There will also be plenty for grown-ups to enjoy, with a fiendish fireworks display at the castle on Saturday night and an appearance by our resident house ghost. H A L L O W E E N W E E K E N D A week-long celebration of the game we call golf, with a clinic to sharpen your skills, demonstrations from our fantastic trick-shot artist Jeremy Dale and the annual Club Championship to round everything off. Not as formidable as the title suggests, the Club Championship is a hugely enjoyable and laid-back Stableford tournament, played over two days, for players of all abilities. Trophies await the winners of the Scratch, Handicap and Ladies’ sections and much fun is had along the way. The Carnegie Links’ newly refurbished Clubhouse provides the perfect base for freshening up, drinking, dining, shopping and socialising between events. 3 - 8 J U L Y 2 0 1 8 S K I B O G O L F W E E K & C L U B C H A M P I O N S H I P E V E N T S THE CLUB CA L E NDA R From traditional celebrations to unique experiences, the 2018 programme of exclusive member events has something for everyone M A R C H 2 0 1 8 2 - 4 M A R C H O P E N I N G W E E K E N D Join us to welcome in the new season, as the club reopens after its annual break. 1 6 - 1 8 M A R C H S K I B O H I G H L A N D F L I N G A weekend of music, dancing and whisky. 2 3 - 2 5 M A R C H W E L L B E I N G W E E K E N D Reconnect with yourself at our weekend dedicated to health, fitness and relaxation.
