The Magic of Skibo
Children are given a special welcome at the club where they will create memories to last a lifetime under the care of our dedicated team, while their parents enjoy some well-deserved ‘me’ time.
The Children's Barn, supervised by an experienced and enthusiastic team, is open between 9.30am and 5.15pm each day. Inside, there is plenty to keep our young charges entertained with Lego, art supplies, table tennis, games consoles and much more on offer, while outside they can enjoy the outdoor play area with its trampoline, putting green, swings and seesaw.
Skibo is the perfect place for a family get-together. No matter the occasion, you will be sure to make memories your family will treasure forever.
Older children and teenagers love the freedom that Skibo offers, many becoming firm friends, meeting up over school holidays and growning up together through the years. They are able to enjoy a wide range of daily activities, from horse riding and golf, to quad biking, archery, tennis and swimming. For the more adventurous, we can arrange RIB boat trips to spot seals and dolphins, paddleboarding, cold water swimming, rock climbing and mountain biking. Or they can relax with a game of pool or a movie. In the evening, take-away to the lodge is a popular option, or they can gather together with their own private 'teen table' in the castle.
Babysitting is available so that parents can enjoy dinner in the castle, safe in the knowledge that their little ones are being taken care of by the club’s experienced babysitting team. Babysitting is included in the daily charge between 7pm and 11pm for children aged three to sixteen, and is also available outside of the stated hours and to those aged under three for a small additional charge.
Four-legged friends are most welcome at Skibo. If you would like to bring your dog when you visit, we can accommodate you and your canine companion in a lodge for a small additional charge. All we ask is that you kindly observe our protocol regarding dogs which will be displayed in the lodge when you arrive.
